Electronic Payments of Certified Debts

The subsystem allows registered users to view and settle their confirmed debts through debit and credit cards via the interface to the municipality’s financial management system.

The electronic payment service enables the settlement of confirmed debts linked to the registered user’s Tax Identification Number (TIN). The outstanding amount is transferred to the secure environment of the bank to complete the electronic payment via credit/debit card. At the end of the day, the bank’s application, which includes all transactions (rejected and successful), is cross-referenced with the transactions recorded in the financial management application to generate automated receipts from the collector. The user is notified via email about the transaction made.

Users have access to all transactions made through the online service, as well as through the Municipality. Additionally, there is an option to save the receipt digitally signed by the collector in PDF format.

User authentication is performed using the oAuth2 service provided by TaxisNet, without citizens needing to submit documents for their registration in the Municipality’s system.
